Are reproductive rights defeated forever? Not even close, according to Julie Burkhart, founder and CEO of Wellspring Health Access, who recently opened a new abortion clinic in Casper, WY. Julie has been supporting and opening clinics for reproductive rights for 30 years in conservative places across the U.S. Julie is a UU and has recently moved to Loveland, even though she works out of Washington, D.C.
