No one should be without a home, yet we have desperate people all over Loveland who need help with the basics to live.  We will look at the facts and challenges of those who are unhoused in Loveland and what we, as a community, can do.

Our service project is donating clothing, gear, and food to Homeward Alliance. Below is a list of most needed items. Please donate from this list. Most items can be gently used:

Children and Teens – Child/Youth Size 5T – 14/16 Teen Size XS-2XL

Shorts, T-shirts/summer tops, Joggers/track pants, Underwear and knit boxers (new in package), Sneakers

Adult – Medium – 4X

Large hiking boots, Sneakers, Jeans, most wanted in waist sizes 30-40

Rain jackets/ponchos, T-shirts (short & long-sleeved), Sunglasses, Reading glasses, Sturdy belts, Socks (new in package), Underwear (new in package)

Gear:

Framed backpacks and day packs/bookbags, Tents (1-3 person), Duffle bags/stuff sacks, Sleeping pads/tarps/blankets, Suitcases with functional handles & wheels

Supplies:

Hotel-sized and family-sized hygiene: shampoo, conditioner, body soap (new only) Toothbrushes/Razors/Deodorant (new only) Lice kits (new), Sunscreen/insect repellent (new only), Laundry soap/dryer sheets (new only)

Food:

Ramen/noodles in cups (not bricks) Mac & cheese cups Oatmeal/hot chocolate packets Tuna packets, canned sausage, nut butter packets, other shelf-stable protein Granola bars/other individually packaged snacks Gift cards to fast food & discount stores $5+ increments to fill gaps Financial Donations: www.homewardalliance.org
