Perhaps you are like me: a little worried about 2024. A little anxious. Democracy in the US seems frail. There are forces that appear to want to weaken democracy moving forward. Our political landscape is dysfunctional and divided. As we continue to dream and build the beloved community, what can we do to stay focused and grounded? Let’s explore that together. One thing I’ll suggest is maintaining spiritual practices.
