Workshop – Heal Your Heart; Make Your Dreams Come True

A key to our wholeness lies in healing wounds caused by loss of any kind — death of a loved one or pet, loss of health, loss of innocence due to trauma and abuse, loss of faith in God, divorce, loss of job, disappointment, setbacks due to economic challenges and so many more.
As we find the courage and strength of heart to look at, deal with and heal these wounds, we then remove the shroud of grief that interferes with our connections with ourselves and others. This workshop provides an overview of the tools, practices and insights from The Grief Recovery Handbook by John James and Russell Friedman. You will take away the principles and practices to deal with losses in your life that have interfered with attaining your higher self..
Facilitator Suzanne Carter brings over 40 years of experience as a therapist, is an ordained Unity minister, and is author of the book, All Children Are Gifted: Raising Spiritually Aware Children.
