Pathways to Presence: Weekly Mindfulness Group

Come as you are to Pathways to Presence, a weekly drop-in mindfulness group led by certified mindfulness teacher Janen Wright. Each session includes gentle guided mindfulness meditations and thoughtful discussions in a welcoming, relaxed space. Whether you’re new to the practice or looking to deepen it, you’ll find a supportive community and practical tools to calm the mind, ease stress, and strengthen your sense of connection—to yourself and others.
