Come imagine our country flourishing as a democracy and hold that vision together. With the law of attraction in mind, we will focus on what we do want and hold space for that future through prayer, inspiration, and shared reflection. If hope is a muscle (and it is), come strengthen it with us. The gathering includes 20–30 minutes of singing bowl meditation. Participants often leave feeling more peaceful and grounded. You may sit in a chair or bring a yoga mat and blankets to lie down. All are welcome.
