Congregational Meeting
We’ll hold a special Congregational Meeting on Sunday, January 26th after the Sunday service.
The purpose will be to vote on this motion:
Moved, that the Congregation intends to approve a fiscal year 2025/26 budget that includes at least $20,000-40,000 from either our savings or additional fundraising.
Background
Moving to a sustainable staffing model next year might trigger a ministerial search and affect other staff positions. The Board would like us to use next fiscal year, 2025/26 (which starts July 1st), to put in place a sustainable staffing model for the following year, in 2026/27. This would mean either accessing our savings or additional fundraising in 2025/26.
