The board will offer open forums to discuss church issues with the congregation. It has been noted that our bi-annual congregational meetings are just too packed with important business to have room for the informal talks that we need as a community. These forums will be held for an hour or so after church services and each will have a specific focus as well as opportunity to bring new ideas and concerns to the leadership. They’ll be scheduled as various needs arise, not necessarily every month. The January forum will focus on our financial picture and what we are planning for the extra funds we raised during the recent pledge campaign.
