
A Morning of Mindfulness

Everyone is warmly invited to join the Mindfulness Group for A Morning of Mindfulness. We’ll begin with a potluck breakfast, followed by a variety of mindful practices including Qigong, walking meditation, body scan, group discussion, and more.
This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, connect, and celebrate the power of presence in our lives.
