DESCRIPTION:Recovery Dharma is a peer-led recovery program grounded in Buddhist wisdom and practices. It offers a compassionate\, non-theistic path for anyone seeking freedom from addiction of any kind\, including substances\, behaviors\, or patterns of suffering. Using mindfulness\, meditation\, and community support\, participants explore the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path as tools for healing and balance. Meetings are open\, inclusive\, and donation-based. Each gathering includes a short meditation\, a reading\, and time for reflection and shared experience in a supportive\, confidential space.
