DESCRIPTION:If there’s one thing these past few years have taught us\, it’s that life throws us curveballs. Sociologist Zygmunt Bauman has defined this era as one with a “liquid culture” — a time of constant mobility and change that is requiring all aspects of our life to be more agile. In this service\, we look at improv as a spiritual practice that can support us in a playful way as we live in these unprecedented times. \nBio: Rev. Lydia Ferrante-Roseberry is a long-time friend of Namaqua UU. She blends her passion for justice with a constant quest to live a joy-filled life. Rev. Lydia is the former minister of the Boulder Valley UU Fellowship in Lafayette. She is currently a consultant for the UUA’s Stewardship for Us Team\, and a part-time organizer for Together Colorado\, the multi-faith statewide organization committed to a multiracial democracy where all people are valued.
