DESCRIPTION:Jump-start your Saturday with a fun “workout” of Friends\, Food\, & Festive Cleanup! We’ll tuck away the tinsel\, tree\, lights\, and ornaments—and take down the two wreaths on the side walls (ladders included… and yes\, your Apple Watch can count those flights climbed ). \n\nUpper body: Removing ornaments\, tree branches\, and wreaths in the sanctuary (reaching\, bending\, lifting = extra exercise points!).\nLower body: Walking through the sanctuary\, climbing ladders\, and walking steps.\nCome for the workout and/or stay for brunch with friends!\n\nProvisions provided throughout the workout: breakfast burritos\, salsa\, coffee\, and tea (may include gluten). \nPotluck breakfast items welcome!
