DESCRIPTION:Come spend this time with others to send positive energy\, prayer\, and reiki to our democracy flourishing (again). With the law of attraction in mind\, we will vision what we do want and hold space for a future where democracy is flourishing. Prayers and inspiration will be spoken\, and we’ll do a freedom dreaming project. There will also be 20–30 minutes of singing bowl meditation. \nYou may participate seated in a chair or bring a yoga mat and blankets to lie down. \nAll are welcome.
