DESCRIPTION:We’ll hold a special Congregational Meeting on Sunday\, January 26th after the Sunday service. \nThe purpose will be to vote on this motion: \nMoved\, that the Congregation intends to approve a fiscal year 2025/26 budget that includes at least $20\,000-40\,000 from either our savings or additional fundraising. \nBackground\nMoving to a sustainable staffing model next year might trigger a ministerial search and affect other staff positions. The Board would like us to use next fiscal year\, 2025/26 (which starts July 1st)\, to put in place a sustainable staffing model for the following year\, in 2026/27.
